The Force

Class: Guardian

Jedi Guardians are a highly respected group known for their combat expertise. This sect of the Jedi stresses combat prowess and physical training over all, making them a deadly adversary. Many Jedi Guardians survived the initial purge - much more so then the Sentinels or Consulars. Guardians also are skilled with the use of the Force during combat situations, but not to the level of the Jedi Sentinels.

Class: Consular

Jedi Consulars are devoted to learning the ways of the Force and expanding upon that knowledge. They tend to be weaker in lightsaber or other martial training, yet strong in their defenses with the Force. Consulars may also tend to be, as the Sentinels, competent scholars and diplomats.

Master Class: Jedi Champion

The venerable Jedi Champion is wise beyond his years and strong with the Force. Many Jedi Champions have trained multiple Padawans and have sat on the council for at least a cycle. They are skilled with the Force and often well served by their lightsaber. For a Guardian or Consular, this class provides a middle ground between their respective groups.

Class: Sith Warrior

Sith Warriors are the pinnacle of the Sith combatants. They are the opposing force to the Jedi Guardians. Though a Sith Warrior is typically as strong as a Jedi Guardian, they tend to also be more powerful. One Sith Warrior of notable prowess was the venerable Lord Maul. It was Maul who confronted the Jedi Master Qui Gon Jinn and his apprentice Obi Wan Kenobi, slaying Jinn and only falling to a surprising nimble strike by an enraged Kenobi.

Class: Sith Acolyte

Sith Acolytes are highly skilled in Force attacks. Their main focus is on their rise in Force prowess and thus they tend to neglect training with the more common weapon of Force Users - the lightsaber. This has generally made this sect rather low in number, much as the Jedi Sentinels are low in number.

Master Class: Sith Lord

The Sith Lords are the strongest tradition of the Dark Side. They are ultimately the last of the Sith Order. Skilled in both physical combat prowess and Force combat, they are constantly training and plotting to bring about the fall of the Jedi Order.
